Most of our customers purchase Compliance Tracker and successfully install, and in some cases customise Compliance Tracker with no help apart from the occasional email. However, as there are some customers who do request help, we offer installation, configuration and customisation services according to customers requests.

The services can be provided by our projects group or we can refer you to a Compliance Tracker certified partner.

Installation Services

We can remotely install Compliance Tracker on your server.

Configuration and Data Import

This involves an interview process where the customer explains the application requirements and describes any already existing databases or spreadsheets. Based on the interview, Compliance Tracker is configured and available data is imported.

Customisation

Customisation is possible to meet your exact requirements. For example, simple customisation may be adding your logo, changing colour schemes and screen layout. can include screen and logic changes and special reports or customization to meet specific requirements. Customisation can also include adding additional fields and features and adapting Compliance Tracker to follow your existing or envisaged work flows.
